Gas Industry

The annual production of natural and associated gas in Stavropol Krai is over 325 mln m3. The annual consumption of natural gas by companies and the population of the region is over 10 bln m3.

The main enterprises of the gas industry of the Stavropol region are:
LLC "Gazprom transgaz Stavropol", carries out transportation of gas via trunk gas pipelines;
naturally organization of JSC "Stavropolkraygaz", carry out natural gas transportation through gas distribution networks;
LLC "Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Stavropol", is a supplier of gas to end consumers;
Svetlograd gas production Department – a branch of LLC "Gazprom dobycha Krasnodar", carries out gas production in the Stavropol territory;
JSC "SevKavNIPIgaz", carries out design and research work.
In the operation of these enterprises is located approximately 36 thousand km of trunk, inter-settlement and distribution pipelines, branch pipelines, 5 compressor stations, gas distribution stations 182.
